Artists' Guild Waiver of Liability

Waiver of Liability. By signing below, the undersigned does hereby forever release and discharge the Boca Raton Museum of Art, The Artists’ Guild, its Directors and Members, and 512-520 of Delray, LLC, its Owners, Directors and Staff, from any and all responsibility for damages or loss of any kind on any and all works submitted for this exhibition and agrees to have his/her art and photos used for publicity purposes.
 
The artist understands and agrees that it is the artist’s responsibility to cover all assigned work shifts.

The artist agrees to pay for any uncovered shift absence, in addition, the artist has read, understands and agrees to comply with all current Guild Gallery Exhibition Rules.

Unclaimed Artwork
You are responsible for picking up any artwork not juried in. Artists risk a $50/day fine and/or forfeiture of art.
