Guild Members $30.00 Entry Fee for two pieces of work
Students Free no Entry Fee
No Late Entries will be accepted after the deadline
All work must conform to Guild exhibition guidelines.

Guidelines for Eligible Work:
Original Artwork – no Giclee’s or fine reproductions
Original ideas only - no copying of works
Never shown in a previous Boca High School Exhibition
No copying from photographs except own
No nudes please.
Sculptors must provide their own pedestals

Presentation Rules:
Large paper media must be glazed with Plexiglas
Unframed oils and acrylics must be finished on all sides - no staples showing
No damaged frames or mats; mats must be clean
Frames must be securely wired with wire ends taped over. No saw-tooth hangers.
All entries must have properly completed ID labels - No P.O.R. or N.F.S. (Except BHS Students)

General Rules for Guild Members ONLY:
All Guild Members work must be for sale
No changing of titles or prices after deadline
20% of all sales to the Boca Raton Museum of Art

Students’ artwork is for exhibition and OFFICIALLY Not For Sale (NFS)
No changing of titles after deadline
Artwork must be submitted framed and wired
