Waiver of Liability.

By signing below, the undersigned does hereby forever release and discharge the Boca Raton Museum of Art, The Artists’ Guild, its Directors and Members, and the Boca Raton High School, The School District of Palm Beach County, it’s board of directors and staff, from all responsibility for damage, or loss of any kind on all works submitted for named exhibition and agrees to abide by the current exhibition guidelines and agrees to have his/her art and photos used for publicity purposes.
