SUSAN PRICE GOULD

Susan creates her images from the imagination applying a unique interpretation to the natural and manmade world.  Her work is characterized by a complex black line structure with images that, though recognizable, may defy the rules of gravity, perspective and logic.  This approach may be described as "fantastic realism".

Susan has a degree in art and art history and has been a professional artist and designer since graduating from college.  Her design work has appeared in many national women's magazines.  Her work has been accepted in many juried exhibitions sponsored by professional artist guilds.  The most recent works are in collage assembled from color xerographic components of the artist's original designs and photographs and embellished with added color from various medias.
